On Friday 28 September 2012, SA Water submitted its first Regulatory Business Proposal (RBP) to the Essential Services Commission of South Australia. The RBP is SA Water's plan outlining how we propose to operate and invest in the interests of our customers over the three years from 1 July 2013 until 30 June 2016.
