"Rotations offered as part of the graduate program provided me with the opportunity to undertake meaningful work placements in a variety of different areas. I used this opportunity to become involved in project work which exposed me to many different business groups and external organisations, and allowed me to get out on site and get my hands dirty! I was able to explore the different business groups and find the area which I was most suited to and enjoyed, then pursue as a career path. Through working in different groups I developed a range of different technical and non-technical skills which increased my confidence and networks through the business."

"The Adelaide Desalination Project itself is an innovation. It is the largest infrastructure project ever undertaken in SA and incorporated cutting edge technology in the field of desalination. As a graduate in the ADP Process team, I have been able to observe the day to day operation of a large scale construction project, provide input to technical document review, and also contribute to innovative R&D projects designed to reduce problems associated with membrane water treatment. Innovation is the key to reducing energy usage and sustainability of the desalination process and I am proud to be part of the process."
