The Land Development and Connections Branch  is located in the building to the right of SA Water's front entrance, James Congdon Drive, Thebarton, just south of 'The Snow Dome' (formerly the Ice Arena). We have no street number, but our frontage along James Congdon Drive is over 200 metres long, making us hard to miss.

Our counter opens at 8am and closes at 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Phone enquiries can be directed to our Connections Call Centre on 1300 650 951. The Call Centre is open to callers from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

The Land Development and Connections Branch contains four distinct sections:

Land Developments
Coordinate the provision of water and sewer infrastructure for new allotments created by a land division (including Community title) that does not include the construction of roads. Provide counter service to the public for water and sewer connection applications, provision of internal drains and other general inquiries.

Major Developments
Coordinate the construction of water and sewer infrastructure by approved private contractors for major land divisions

Investigations
Investigate applications for water and sewer main extensions to existing allotments.

Connections
Receive general telephone inquiries and coordinate the connection of new water and sewer services for major home building companies.
