| The Land Development and Connections Branch is located in SA Water House, 250 Victoria Square, Adelaide. We are situated in the south east corner of Victoria Square on the corner of Angas Street.
Phone enquiries can be directed to our Connections Call Centre on 1300 650 951. The Call Centre is open to callers from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

The Land Development and Connections Branch contains four distinct sections:
Land Developments
Coordinate the provision of water and wastewater infrastructure for new allotments created by a land division (including Community Title) that does not include the construction of roads. Provide counter service to the public for water and wastewater connection applications, provision of internal drains and other general inquiries. Major Developments
Coordinate the construction of water and wastewater infrastructure by approved private contractors for major land divisions. For Major Land Development inquiries, please email majorld@sawater.com.au
Connections
Receive general telephone inquiries and coordinate the connection of new water and wastewater services including major home building companies. Investigate applications for water and wastewater main extensions to existing allotments. For Connection inquiries, please email cc@sawater.com.au
