SA Water’s on-line plumbing and drainage inspections booking service is designed to make your life a little easier.

After you’ve registered your business details, just call us on 1300 884 055 or use http://plumbooking.sawater.com.au to book an inspection.

Bookings are to be made between 8.30am and 3pm on the working day prior to when the inspection is required.

To register call 1300 884 055 and provide:

 When you book an inspection, simply provide the following details:

• Plumber licence number
• Notice/Certificate No. (SP/WP)
• Site contact name
• Contact mobile phone number
• Owner/builder name
• Site address
• Requested date of inspection
• Requested time
• Type of work to be inspected.

Once the booking has been made, you will get a job ID number. It's important to record this number on your certificate of compliance. For more information about our inspection booking service, call 1300 884 055.

Recycled Water Bookings

The following areas supplied with recycled water are required to have inspections booked with SA Water:

• Andrews Farm
• Blakeview
• Blakes Crossing
• Campbelltown (Lochiel Park)
• Cheltenham
• Mawson Lakes
• Munno Para West
• Seaford Meadows
• Sellicks Beach
• Woodville West

Plumbers are required to book recycled water inspections with SA Water at the following stages of installation:

•  In-Ground
•  In-Wall
•  Final Fix

Recycled water installations are required to have 100% booking and inspections undertaken by SA Water. Recycled plumbing pipe-work is not to be covered or backfilled until it has passed inspection. Inspections can be booked by calling 1300 884 055 by 3:00 pm on the day prior to the day an inspection is required or use http://plumbooking.sawater.com.au to book an inspection.

Recycled water areas not listed above, the plumber contractor will need to contact either the developer or relevant local council for  their recycled water plumbing requirements.
