Plumbers are required to book recycled water inspections with the Office of the Technical Regulator at the following stages of installation:

•  First Fix In-Ground
•  First Fix In-Wall

Final Fix Inspections
Recycled water installations are required to have 100% booking and final fix inspections undertaken by SA Water. Recycled plumbing pipe-work is not to be covered or backfilled until it has passed inspection. Inspections can be booked by calling (08) 7424 1360 by 3:00 pm on the day prior to the day an inspection is required.

The plumber contractor will need to contact either the developer or relevant local council for recycled water plumbing requirements for recycled water areas not listed above.
