The Water Services Association of Australia (WSAA) is the key industry body representing all major water agencies in Australia.  Anne Howe (Chief Executive SA Water) is a member of the WSAA Board. WSAA covers a wide range of water industry issues including research, technical, economic, and financial aspects.

WSAA have produced a number of national Codes of Practice that are available for sale through WSAA Melbourne Office.

WSAA also have a Product Appraisal Scheme for products used in water or sewer infrastructure. This is a very cost effective method of having products assessed for their suitability for use in water industry applications.
