- SA Water establishes Local Government Liaison role
SA Water recognises the need for local councils and SA Water to engage as we plan for the future. A Local Government Liaison team has been established in SA Water to maintain strategic relationships with South Australia’s local councils. This will ensure that councils are briefed on SA Water activities that may impact communities and that SA Water is aware of local government plans and activities.

- SA Water Drinking Water Quality Report 2010-11
The SA Water Drinking Water Quality Report is now available. The report focuses on our water quality initiatives and research activities and shows our performance against the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines.
- SA Local Government Turf and Irrigation Technical Group (SALGTITG)
In February 2012, Geoff Connellan, a private consultant, presented to the SALGTITG on the value of irrigated open space. We are pleased to provide a link to a report summarising the presentation. The report addresses issues surrounding irrigation and open space management and could be a useful resource when planning the future of open spaces or promoting the community benefits of open space assets.
