 The SA Water Brainwave
The Brainwave is a series of free events and learning resources available to all primary and secondary students and teachers in South Australia.
The Brainwave provides contextual learning of the Australian Curriculum. Learners gain an understanding of water and water related issues by developing knowledge, skills and perspectives.
The Brainwave is delivered in collaboration with the Department for Education and Child Development (DECD). A DECD consultant teacher, seconded to SA Water, ensures learning experiences are relevant and reflect curriculum and pedagogical research. Our entire suite of programs and resources are free of charge with travel reimbursements offered to disadvantaged schools.
