 The SA Water Brainwave
The SA Water Brainwave program is a series of free events and learning resources available to primary and secondary students and teachers.
The Brainwave program provides contextual learning of the Australian Curriculum. Learners demonstrate an understanding of water and water related issues through successful application of knowledge, skills and perspectives.
The Brainwave is delivered in collaboration with the Department for Education and Child Development (DECD). A DECD consultant teacher, seconded to SA Water, ensures learning experiences are relevant and reflect curriculum and pedagogical research. Our entire suite of programs and resources in 2012 are free of charge with travel reimbursements offered to disadvantaged schools.
