How does the reporting process work for restriction breaches?

 

Reports received by SA Water on possible breaches of the water restrictions are investigated by SA Water’s officers.

 

Water Conservation Officers will now issue a fine - without a first warning - for breaches to water restrictions they witness on their rounds.

Our water conservation officers all carry identification. If you are issued with a water restrictions warning notice or friendly reminder by one of our employees, you can ask to see their identification.
