**Changes to the water use billing arrangements will be implemented at the beginning of the next financial year.

Water Meter Test Application
Customers who wish to dispute the accuracy of a water meter may apply for their meter to be tested. Customers are to complete and sign the application form agreeing to the terms and conditions. If SA Water identifies that the meter does not register an error of more than 5% fast during the meter test, a fee will be charged. Where it is a requirement for a water meter to be tested by an independent party, meter test results may take up to 8 weeks to be available.
