From July 2009 most of our residential customers have been receiving a new look account to:
- Provide a better understanding of water use
- Provide a better understanding of water and wastewater charges
- Provide more information about SA Water, what we do and water conservation
Most of the payment information is the same as that provided on the old look account. However, it is presented a little differently.

A small number of our residential customers still receive the old look account. These are customers who have multiple meters or several manually raised charges which contain a lot of additional information.
Comparing Your Water Use
If you have a water use charge on your account you will notice a table ‘How does your household water use compare?’
You can use this to find similar households’ water use and determine if you can be more efficient. Please note this table is a guide only, it’s not an allocation.
