Customers now have the option to pay their account via direct debit from their nominated bank account.
Please ensure that you read the direct debit Service Agreement and retain for your records.

At this point, payments can only be debited from savings or cheque accounts.
Your direct debit request form will be processed within two business days of receipt and written confirmation will be sent to you. Should you receive an account or have an account that falls due in the interim please pay the account using your usual payment method. Your first direct debit payment will be scheduled on the due date of your next account.
