Customer Assist Program
Our Customer Assist Program is offered to customers who are willing to pay their bill but are finding it difficult to do so due to financial difficulties.

Our team of friendly Customer Assist Officers are trained to provide support, information and assistance with payment options for your SA Water account while exercising respect, sensitivity and confidentiality at all times.

The Customer Assist Program offers:

  • Personal Case Management.
  • Protection from overdue fees and water restriction.
  • Short-term deferrals of your payment.
  • Flexible payment schedules, including weekly, fortnightly and monthly.
  • Referral to other welfare, government and community agencies for financial counselling.
  • SA Water FREE home water efficiency check. (available only to Customer Assist Program participants)

On referral to the Customer Assist Program you will be allocated a Personal Case Manager who will work with you to gain a greater understanding of your individual circumstances and provide tailored assistance.

Concessions
If you are a pensioner or Centrelink Health Care card holder you can determine if you are eligible for concession by visiting the Department for Communities and Social Inclusion website or contacting the concessions hotline on 1800 307 758.


Direct Debit
As well as standard payment methods, SA Water can offer customers the convenience to arrange regular payments by direct debit. You can download a copy of the direct debit application or call us on 1300 650 950 to request a copy.

Paying by Centrepay
Centrepay is a free direct bill-paying service offered to customers receiving payments from Centrelink. To register or for further information please call 1300 650 950.
