Our Customer Assist Program is offered to customers who are willing to pay their bill but are finding it difficult to do so due to financial difficulties.
Our team of friendly Customer Assist Officers are trained to provide support, information and assistance with payment options for your SA Water account while exercising respect, sensitivity and confidentiality at all times.

On referral to the Customer Assist Program you will be allocated a Personal Case Manager who will work with you to gain a greater understanding of your individual circumstances and provide tailored assistance.
