Telephone and Internet Banking - BPAY
If you have registered with your financial institution, you can also pay your account using their BPAY facility either over the telephone or their website.
SA Water's biller code is 8888.
Your reference number for BPAY is next to the BPAY logo on the front of your SA Water account.
If you are not already registered for this service, contact your financial institution for details or visit the BPAY website.

Paying Online
You can pay your account any time of the day, any day of the week thanks to our secure online service. Just have your credit card handy (MasterCard or Visa). Maximum online credit card payment is $100,000. Should your account number contain an asterisk (*), please include it in the 'Account Number' field. |

Call us to make a payment using Visa or MasterCard – 24 hours a day, seven days a week. |

Paying by Direct Debit
Call us on 1300 650 950 and we will send you an application form or download an application form to arrange payment from your cheque or savings account (no credit cards). |

Paying in Person
Present your account and payment to a Commonwealth Bank branch, BPOINT outlet or Australia Post.
This includes retailers displaying the BPOINT logo. No credit card payment is accepted. Find retailer locations.
You can also pay in person at SA Water House, 250 Victoria Square / Tarntanyangga, Adelaide and at Service SA locations across the state.

Detach the payment slip from your account and post it with your cheque or money order to:

Centrepay is a free direct bill-paying service offered to customers receiving payments from Centrelink. To register or for further information please call 1300 650 950. |
