Account number
This is a unique reference for your property, you will need this number to pay your account online.
Date of notice
This is the date that your account was prepared by us.
Previous balance
This is the amount owed on your last account after payment was made.
Total this account
This is the amount that is owed for this account.
Total amount/Total due
This is the amount of money you owe for service and use charges for the billing period. It may also include unpaid amounts from a previous account.
Pay by
This is the date by which you are required to pay your account.
Address
Let us know when you have a change of name or postal address. You can email us or call 1300 650 950 or simply complete the on-line form.
Water supply charge
A water supply charge is the amount we ask you to pay quarterly to deliver water to your property.
Water use charge
The water use charge is based on the amount of water you use. We have a user pays system so the less water you use, the less you pay. There are many simple ways to save water in your home, garden and workplace which will also save you money.
Sewerage
The sewer charge is the amount we ask you to pay each quarter for the removal and treatment of sewerage and wastewater.
Meter readings
Your account will display meter reading and water use details following each reading of the meter.
Comparative water use
This represents a comparison of your current water use with the same period for previous years.
If you are a residential customer receiving a new look account with a daily water use average you will have a graph on the front page showing a comparison to the same period last year.
Save the River Murray Levy
