To ensure our water future to 2050 and beyond, the South Australian Government has put together a water security action plan, Water for Good. As part of the Water for Good requirement and as an extension to the existing over 50 megalitre (ML) Water Efficiency Plan requirement, all commercial and industrial SA Water customers who use more than 25 ML per annum are now required to complete and return a Water Efficiency Plan to SA Water.
To help our customers, we have developed a Water Efficiency Plan (WEP) toolkit to provide customers with a step by step introduction into water efficiency in their business. The toolkit will provide businesses with a guide to the first crucial steps in planning for water efficiency and will automatically generate a water efficiency report and action plan for the business.

If your business is not within the over 25 ML threshold and you wish to use this toolkit to plan for water efficiency in your business, we encourage you to do so. To help us develop a series of focussed workshops it would be beneficial if you could volunteer information in your completed toolkit by sending it through to the email address above.
