Paying by Mail
You can mail a cheque or money order, along with the slip at the bottom of your account to:

Present your account intact with your payment to any participating BPOINT, Commonwealth Bank of Australia branch, or Australia Post Office or agency (no Credit Cards). Or visit one of the following SA Water or Service SA offices:

If you have registered with your financial institution, you can also pay your account using their BPay facility either over the telephone or their website. SA Water's biller code is 8888. Your reference number is located next to the BPay logo on the front of your SA Water account.

Paying via the Internet
SA Water has a secure site that allows you to pay your bill by credit card (MasterCard, Bankcard or Visa) over the Internet, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Paying by Direct Debit

You can pay your account by MasterCard, Bankcard or Visa by calling our telephone payment line on 1300 650 870, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Simply follow the instructions.
