A rebate of up to $30 is available when you purchase and install a low-flow showerhead.

The showerhead must feature a
WELS rating of 3 stars or more.

The rebate is available for a maximum of 3 showerheads per property.

If the purchase price is less than $30 a rebate of the actual purchase price will be issued.

The showerhead must be for personal use only, not commercial uses.

The applicant must ensure that advice has been taken to ensure suitability of the showerhead for their hot water service.

Tenants will need to provide a letter of permission from their landlord to be eligible for the rebate.
You will need to have purchased the showerhead on or after 1 November 2007 and provide the original receipt when claiming the rebate.
Charitable organisations may be eligible for the rebate for residential properties.

Did you know that an average showerhead uses 20 litres of water a minute and a low-flow showerhead (minimum 3 star rated) uses 9 litres of water a minute? That means a 4 minute low-flow shower only uses 36 litres of water!
