By choosing to take advantage of the Swap and Save Showerhead Exchange Program, you will be unable to get your original showerhead back once exchanged.
If you are a tenant, permission is required from your landlord to change over the showerhead/s as stated in the Residential Tenancy Act.
SA Water is not responsible for the removal or installation of the showerhead or any damage caused as a result.
To install your new showerhead, we recommend following the step-by-step Installation Guide provided.
This program is not recommended for those households featuring gravity fed and old instantaneous hot water services due to 3 star rated showerheads not being compatible.
