Our Performance Scorecard

We are committed to providing every customer with a great experience. That’s why we continually monitor and benchmark our performance. This enables us to drive ongoing improvements in how we service you.

We work to a set of service standards that our regulator,  the Essential Services Commission of South Australia (ESCOSA), has set for us. ESCOSA has determined these standards based on what customers have told us are their expectations.

Our performance against these service standards is reported quarterly to ESCOSA and also published here, on our website each new quarter.

    As part of the required water main upgrade program and the ongoing Torrens Road to River Torrens project, SA Water will be undertaking a water main link-in along Bishop and Tait St, Renown Park on Monday 18 December 9:00am to 3:00pm. Traffic restrictions may also apply.
