We understand that main breaks can be inconvenient for our customers. The sooner we know about them, the quicker we can respond.

During the summer months, we respond to an increased number of breaks. As the soils dry up, the pipes in our network can shift. This movement can cause fractures in pipes, no matter how old they are.

If you’re affected by a break

If your home or business is affected in any way by a main break, our dedicated Community Support team will be there to help you. They can:

  • Provide onsite assistance and information if you’re directly impacted by a service outage or a break
  • Deliver bottled water to ensure you still have a supply of water during the outage
