Final fix inspections (recycled water)

You can book an inspection by calling (08) 7424 1360. We take bookings until 3 pm on the day before you need an inspection completed.

SA Water takes all bookings and undertakes all final fix inspections for recycled water. Plumbing pipework for recycled water is not to be covered or backfilled until it has passed inspection.

Areas that require a final fix inspection with SA Water

The following areas supplied with recycled water are required to have final fix inspections booked with SA Water:

  • Bowden
  • Mawson Lakes
  • Seaford Meadows
  • Seaford Heights
  • Lochiel Park (Campbelltown)

Inspections in other areas

SA Water does not inspect recycled water plumbing in other areas. Contact the developer or relevant local council for guidance.

Other inspections

Book other inspections with the Office of the Technical Regulator. These include:

  • first fix in-ground.
  • first fix in-wall.

  • Please be advised that supply to some SA Water customers connected to the Warren Transfer Main in the Mt Crawford, Birdwood and Cromer area is currently down due to immediate unplanned work being carried out.

    SA Water are endeavouring to have works completed prior to 5:00pm to ensure interruption is minimised to customers. Further updates will be provided at this time.

    We’re improving your services and undertaking maintenance work in South Plympton. Sometimes our crews need to temporarily interrupt the water supply to our customers and/or manage traffic while they are working. Temporary traffic management may remain in place until reinstatement of the impacted road is complete. We always aim to minimise inconvenience by restoring services as safely and quickly as we can.
