Your drinking water comes from the River Murray. It's filtered and disinfected with chloramine and ultraviolet light, and fluoride is added for public health in our treatment plant at Balhannah. Summit water is enjoyed across the Adelaide Hills including Stirling, Crafers, Hahndorf, Oakbank, Lobethal, Kersbrook, Gumeracha and Mount Barker.
