Drinking water for community events

Drinking water for community events

Our Quench Benches are one of the simplest ways to offer drinking water at your community event, and they are free of charge.

These portable trailers are fitted with troughs, taps and bubblers and connects to mains water supply to deliver drinking water. They are available for outdoor community events expecting more than 1,000 attendees.

Your site requirements

To be able to use a Quench Bench, your event site requires:

  • a flat site for its location – the Quench Bench is 5m (length) x 3m (height) x 2.5m (width)
  • a drive-through site, as the trailer can't be reversed or moved by hand
  • access to a Department of Health compliant drinking water connection point within five metres
  • availability of an event manager to help with directions, parking, and set up and pack down
  • preference to be set up and packed down in business hours

One of our technicians will assess your site about 10 days before your event with your ability to use the Quench Bench depending on this assessment.
