When completing an online connection application, you may be required to provide additional information to help us understand your connection requirements and design. Depending on your connection requirements, supporting forms may need to be completed and attached when submitting your online application.
Network analysis application
You can request a network analysis to check if there is sufficient supply and pressure to a proposed connection. If you are submitting a fire service connection application, a network analysis application is required.
Flow test application
A flow test determines the flow volume and pressure of water from a fire plug or street hydrant. The results of a flow test must be submitted when applying for a fire service connection so we can to verify the design requirements for firefighting purposes.
Metered hydrant application
A metered hydrant is a portable, temporary, short-term connection to drinking water. A metered hydrant can be hired under a formal agreement between us and a customer for a period of up to three years.
Community title agreement
A community title agreement is required for single meter, separate meter/s or a manifold with multiple water meters within a community or strata title development. You will need to attach this completed form when you submit your online connection application.
