Burst: Water erupting or gushing from the ground. Usually found on, or near a road (however, some of our pipes run through open public spaces and private land).
Major Leak: Visible leaks coming from the road surface (not metal access plates) on main roads only, including all roads in Adelaide's CBD and North Adelaide.
Water Off: Often this will be because we have turned the water supply off to allow crews to mend damaged pipes - water supply disruptions often follow a major burst.
