Main Break: Water erupting or gushing from the ground. Usually found on, or near a road.
Major Leak: Visible leaks coming from the road surface (not metal access plates) on main roads only.
Water Off: Often this will be because we have turned the water supply off to allow crews to mend damaged pipes - water supply disruptions often follow a major burst.

To improve services for our customers, we are upgrading water mains on Williams Road, Jamestown. To accommodate these works, we will require to temporarily interrupt water supply between 9am-3pm.
Due to works at our Bolivar Wastewater Plant on Friday 11 January the supply of recycled water to our Greenfields storage tank will be temporarily impacted.
It is unlikely these works will have an impact on our Mawson Lakes recycled water customers as recycled water will still be available from the storage tank.
This should be sufficient to keep all our customers in supply throughout the day of our works unless demand is much greater than forecast.
Works will be complete by 3pm, Friday 11 January.
Please note your drinking water supply will not be affected by these works.
