Our Annual Report is presented to Parliament each year, in accordance with requirements of the Public Corporations Act 1993 and the Public Sector Act 2009. The publicly accessible report details our business activities, governance and financial performance over the previous 12 months.

Our performance is also continually monitored and benchmarked. We provide updates on our performance for our customers, owner, regulators and other stakeholders so they know how we are delivering against our service standards and against our commitments.

As a participant of the United Nations Global Compact, we are a signatory to the Australian water industry’s commitment to support the Sustainable Development Goals, part of a global development blueprint through to 2030. Each year, we develop a Communication on Progress to the United Nations to report how our areas of focus support progress.
