Engineering standards
A suite of Technical Governance documents has been developed to support the design, construction, operation and maintenance of SA Water’s $6 billion infrastructure portfolio. SA Water has established a Dispensation Procedure (V6.0) for managing SA Water's technical requirements. Applicants should familiarise themselves with the procedure and use the request form to submit applications for consideration.
SA Water’s dispensation process will be closed for the Christmas/New Year break from the 15th of December 2025, and will re-open on the 5th of January 2026. Submissions made during the closure period will be actioned when the process re-opens in 2026.
