You can stay informed about outages through our Faults and Outages map.

  1. Check for outages in your area by searching with your property address. This will show any planned or unplanned outages that may affect your service.
  2. You can subscribe to SMS or email updates for an outage. Search for your outage on the map, click on it to subscribe by entering your mobile phone number or email address.

How can I make sure I get outage notifications?

If you're a residential customer, register for mySAWater so we can notify you of outages affecting your property. If you're a tenant, let us know so we can add you to the account and notify you as well.
