[Presenter:] I'm Daniela from SA Water. I'm here to talk about mySAWater, your personal online account where you can check your bills, make payments and find support if you need it.
In this video we'll show you how you can log in anytime from our website.

[Voiceover:] When you register, please have your bill with you. You'll need to enter your name and account number exactly as they are shown on your bill so that we can confirm who you are and keep your account secure.
Once you log in, you'll get an overview of your account. This includes what you owe and when it's due, your current and past bills, and your water use to help you compare over time.

[Voiceover:] You can pay your bill online, set up a Direct Debit, submit a meter reading, or see available support options including payment arrangements and extensions by clicking on ‘payment assistance’.
It's quick and easy because your account details are already filled in. If you have more than one property, you can add them to your account so everything you need is in the one place.

[Voiceover:] mySAWater also has helpful options to manage your account. The postal address for your bill is easy to change. You'll automatically be signed up for e-bills, but you can choose to receive bills by post if you prefer.
It's easy to update the contact details for your account.
Choose how we contact you about your water supply and get updates if your bill is overdue or your account changes.
