[Voiceover:] Planning ahead can make it easier to manage your next water bill. We send water bills every three months, so you get four every year. Bills after summer can be higher as water use can increase in hot weather.
Your bill shows how much water you've used over the past three months, as well as a comparison to previous periods. If your bill is a lot higher than usual, you might have a leak and may need to contact us.
[Visual:] A customer sitting at the desk reviewing their SA Water bill online and looking at billing support information. The customer puts a circle in a diary around the due date and writes SA Water on that date. Footage of a customer watering a plant in a pot. Close up of bill showing historical water use.
