Access to past bills

This form is for customers wishing to apply for access to past bills on their accounts.

Residential property owners can streamline access to past bills by logging into mySAWater to complete their application. Registering for mySAWater only takes a few minutes, it provides access to ebilling and to account management. Register or Login.


  • You must currently own the property, or have previously owned the property, with your name on the property title or be authorized by the current owner to act on their behalf.
  • We can only issue bills for the period that you own the property.
  • Bill copies older than four years have a charge of $11.60 each.

  • Account number of the address (if known)

  • The name of the account holder/owner

  • Phone number

An owner is the account holder and owner to the property. There may be more than one owner. Owners are responsible for the property’s SA Water account and bills.

An authorised person is someone who has been authorised by the property owner/'s to act on their behalf to help manage their account. An authorised person is requested through SA Water and a record of this authorisation exists with SA Water.

If you need to be authorised to discuss the account or receive bill copies on behalf of the owner please have the owner contact customer care on 1300 729 283 so they can provide verbal authorisation. If you hold Power of Attorney then documents can also be emailed to
