Metered Hydrant Reading Submission


The information you provide in this form is subject to SA Water's Privacy Policy.


Metered Hydrant readings must be provided to SA Water no later than the end of the quarter.

If a meter read is not submitted by the end of the quarter, SA Water will set an estimated read and a late reading fee will apply.

Readings are due in the following months for the quarterly accounts:

1 March  - 31 March

1 June – 30 June

1 September – 30 September

1 December – 31 December

Lost or Stolen metered hydrant

A lost or stolen metered hydrant can reported to MeteringTechnicalServices@sawater.com.au. If stolen please attach the police report in the email. Please include the meter number of hydrant.
