Use this form to request access to manage a property on behalf of a property owner. The property owner will receive an email to review and approve your request using a digital signature.
Add yourself to a strata or community corporation
Use this form if you are requesting access on behalf of a strata plan, body corporate or community corporation.
Remove yourself from a property
Use this form if you need to remove your agency from managing a property.

Add an agent to a property
Use this form to give a managing agent access to your SA Water account.
You’ll need the agent’s name or agent number.
Remove an agent from a property
Use this form if you no longer want a managing agent to manage your property If you are changing to a new managing agent, adding the new agent will automatically remove the current one.
