If you’re a managing agent or a customer, there are different forms available to help you manage Managing agent access to SA Water accounts. Choose the form that suits your situation.

Authorise a managing agent to act on a property owner’s account

If you’re a managing agent, use this form to request access to a property owner’s SAWater account. 
The property owner will receive an email with a link to review and approve your request using a digital signature.

Managing agents can use this form to request access to a Strata or Body Corporate account.

If you’re a customer and you know your managing agent’s name or agent number, use this form to give them access to your property account.

Remove a Managing Agent

Use this form if:

  • You’re a managing agent who needs to be removed from a property.
  • You’re a customer who wants to remove a managing agent.

If you’re adding a new managing agent, you don’t need to complete this form. The new agent form will automatically remove the current one.
