SA Water sponsorship please, and make it snappy

SA Water wants grassroots groups across South Australia to throw their hats in the ring, to receive up to $10,000 each from its new Community Partnership Program.

Registrations close on April 30, but if local organisations get their skates on now, they'll still have a chance for a funding boost for their community cause.

The new program launched in February and is part of SA Water's fresh look at sponsorship and how it engages with every community across the state.

SA Water's General Manager Communications and Engagement Anna Jackson said the program is open to more than 4700 hard-working South Australian community organisations that may have activities with a link to water.

"Our new program is designed to directly support community activity that is demonstrated to make a difference to that local community," Anna said.

"We'd love to hear from non-profit groups and community bodies planning to host events and run programs that are in step with SA Water's values of working together, delivering safely, and being accountable, genuine and innovative every day."

"A maximum of $10,000 for a suitable event or activity is up for grabs under our new Community Partnership Program, and it's important for organisations to check the criteria before they nominate."

Applying is easy, visit the community pages of SA Water's website and complete the user-friendly online application form to snap up some sponsorship for the new financial year.

Funding will be made available from July 2018.
