Thank you for reporting a fault
Next steps:
You will receive a reference number to your mobile or email address, and we will attend and assess the fault within these timeframes:
- Leaks with flowing water on the footpath, road from an access plate, 24 hours
- Water quality issues, 48 hours
- Leaks from a water meter on your property, 7 days
- Minor leaks and all other water meter issues on a property, 15 days
- Minor leaks from access plates, within 90 days
Use your reference number to search for your fault on the “Report faults and view outages” map.
If the fault you have reported gets worse, for example a damp patch becomes flowing water, please call us on 1300 SA WATER (1300 729 283) and quote your reference number.
