Non-residential water prices
Our non-residential customers include anyone who is not a residential or commercial customer and includes parts of the business and industrial sectors, mining, agriculture, sporting clubs, recreational services, not for profit and charity organisations and institutions providing services in government, education, health and welfare.
Water charges are made up of two parts:
- A fixed charge for water supply.
- A variable charge for water use – the more you use, the more you pay.
Water supply charge
The 2025-26 annual charge for having water supplied to your business is $329.20 billed at $82.30 per quarter.
Water use price
The 2025-26 water use price is $3.365/kL (or $0.003365 per litre).
