We offer interest-free and flexible payment plans of weekly, fortnightly, or monthly instalments.

Financial counselling

We can connect you with free, confidential, and independent financial counselling, with personalised support and help to improve your financial situation.


Eligible South Australians on low or fixed incomes can receive help with water and sewerage rates. Check your eligibility via the Department of Human Services DHS or call their concessions hotline on 1800 307 758 (text telephone service 8226 6789).

We can help you set up Centrepay arrangements to reduce payment defaults and ensure a smoother payment process.

No, there are no fees associated with setting up an interest-free payment plan.

What information do I need to give you to be part of Payment Assistance Program?

We can only speak to you if you are the account holder, and we will need your account number, full name and postal address so that we can identify you.

Is there a minimum amount I have to pay?

Your minimum payment will be based on your water consumption and balance, and we will work with you to set up an affordable payment plan.

I work during the day and can’t make phone calls, what can I do?

Can I change my payment plan if my financial situation changes?
