SN113129/05/2025Property Location:  Andrew Ave, Salisbury East, SA, 5109 A water reading meter was taken on 12 May 2025 at the above property for which I am the landlord, with the water meter subsequently being replaced. At the time it was replaced the meter reading was reported as 6754kL, representing a usage of 240kL from the last reading, which was also approximately double the water usage from the previous period (which was also over summer). This reported usage appears to be abnormally high given the time of year and previous water consumption rates, however the meter reading can not be confirmed by the tenant as the water meter was replaced. Accordingly, I request that SA Water provide definitive proof of this meter reading via a photo of this meter reading from the water meter that was replaced on 12 May 2025. Note that I am the Landlord of this property which is managed through TIPS Property Management,
