We're introducing multi-factor authentication on EPIC
We’re introducing multi-factor authentication to our EPIC conveyancer portal, which will change the way you log-in to the system from early August.
These changes are being introduced to meet increasing government cyber security guidelines and to help us better protect customer data.
Once we implement the changes, you’ll need to:
- login with your agent number and set up a new password (for the first time you login)
- enter a code sent to your registered email address for your conveyancer organisation
It’s important to note that only one email address per organisation will receive the codes. For instance, if your organisation has multiple people accessing the EPIC platform, we’d suggest updating to a shared email address you all have access to.
If you need to change your email address prior to the change you can do this within the EPIC portal once logged in.
