This is an application to SA Water for a new connection, an alteration to an existing service or to apply for a new fire service or to disconnect an existing fire service. Please note: SA Water will not accept applications for connection or disconnection from any party other than the owner of the property or a person authorised by the owner of the property. By submitting this application you acknowledge that you are the owner of the property or are authorised to submit this request on behalf of the owner. SA Water will provide all communications to the party who submits this application. It is the responsibility of that party to communicate with the owner/s or occupier/s of the property.

This application is subject to the terms and conditions contained within SA Water's
Standard Customer Contract

. The Standard Customer Contract and Connection Policy applies to you, as a customer, from submission of this application.
Standard connection fees are listed in the
Fees and Charges Schedule by connection size. If difficult construction exists, (existing services in the construction path, underground water, trees, rock or requirements for traffic management etc.) the connection will be deemed non-standard and you will be required to pay all of the additional construction costs. The cost that you will be required to pay will be set out in a fixed quotation provided in our offer to connect.
We will endeavour to provide a quote for the service requested within 20 working days of receipt of your application.
Where applicable the fee for connection to an existing wastewater point will be included in your quote. If it is determined your service will be subject to the Special Characteristics Schedule, you will be notified of additional conditions that will apply.
We will issue you with an approval letter and a tax invoice if your application has been approved. The approval letter will provide you with your service requirements along with your quote on your tax invoice. The tax invoice is valid for 60 calendar days from the date of issue. The tax invoice will only be issued once all requirements have been met.
